New Look!

I've got a new blog banner and so I had to simplify the blog background to highlight my lovely banner :).  What do you guys think? 

This week has been crazy, we just started week 4 of army lodging living, so every chance to get out, we take it!  I bought some fun new yarns, so I'm hoping to make some more lei's this week and finish up a bag I've been working on.

Hawaiian Lei in Fuchsia

Hey Everyone!  I made this crocheted Hawaiian lei and it was so fun!  I think this could be a new thing to get good at ;).  I put it on etsy so that I had at least something in my shop.  I'm gonna add some more photos, colors and styles in the coming weeks.  I love to crochet hats, but I'm not so inspired to make hats here in Hawaii!  Hope you are all having a great week!

I haven't totally disappeared!  Sorry for the huuuuge break in blogging, but just to let you all who are still looking at this :), that I will be working on an updated blog design this week.  And hopefully starting to blog again in the near future.  We moved out of Alaska, spent a month over Christmas in California and now we are in our new home of Hawaii in lodging waiting for a house... so needless to say, craft time, supplies and space are limited ;).  I'll keep you posted!
